Ok, so I am starting a new blog called Fitness Fridays. Every Friday I will "check in" with myself; weigh-in and evaluate my nutrition plan for the week. I will also post a fitness/nutrition tip. This is not my new year's resolution, but my postpartum resolution! Stay tuned......
